Doctor Thorpe was the blessing I needed for what I've been dealing with for a long time. She was very thorough, when I didn't know where to start with all of my issues. She went through all of my history and afterwards explained, with certainty, what I had and how my symptoms relate to it. She also prescribed a medicine and is going to help me find a therapist. After an unpleasant experience with Dr Deng's office, Kelly Fischer, the Director, took care of my issues swiftly and professionally.
There was a miscommunication about the time of my appt. When I showed up for when I thought my appt was, they told me it was policy that I couldn't reschedule. I've never encountered a facility with that policy, let alone a mental health establishment. I'm a very busy mother of two that waited for a month for that appt, so that was a real bummer. Hopefully, in the future, they can be more understanding for honest mistakes or have better communication skills.
