The doctor is great when you actually get to see him. Communication is terrible between locations. When scheduling issues are brought to their attention you are treated like you are the problem. I was scheduled for a telemedicine appointment in Brookings twice. When I arrived both times. Brookings had no idea I was coming. Last time I was scheduled they had me scheduled for the same time in Brookings and Sioux Falls. The only reason they caught it this time is because I took the time to call.
