Terrible! Do not go here. Workers are rude. I tried to schedule a date to be seen for an issue I was having and to get my prescription renewed that I've been on for over 5 years. They told me that I have to schedule 2 appointments beacause they are separate issues. My meds are no issue at all, just BP and cholesterol meds. They want me to take two different days off from work, and pay two superate co pays. This is Healthcare at its finest. I needed a lab done and I really didn’t want to drive 25 minutes to where I usually go so I was just going to stop in here and do the lab since I live local. Sonia, at the desk was trying to tell me I needed a referral from my doctor sent for the lab otherwise I would be responsible for paying for it. I wasn’t SEEING a doctor. I was there for a lab. Dr Max is fantastic and the staff is top notch. Whether it's blood draws for a physical or a question at the front desk, these people know how to do it right. I'm very impressed.
I just moved here and had to find a new primary care giver. I was pleased to find a doctor close to my home, he listened and helped get me back on my medications. Very pleased.
Scheduled an appointment to get labs done and it’s now 23 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. It’s always like this and honestly a disappointment as I love Avera but this one is absolutely last resort. After I went into my appointment the lab tech said the receptionists didn’t check me in when I called. Maybe hire staff that cares about its patients.
