Finally getting answers after struggling with my OB in my town. The staff is absolutely amazing, kind, and truly cares. They have signs posted everywhere to help guide you. They make sure you have all the knowledge of any procedure they plan on doing. I am incredibly grateful to the team I had for their support during a tough pregnancy.
Went in for an ultrasound with my husband, 9, and 2 yr old only to be told they would only let two people in room as we were checking in. The ultrasound literally took 10 minutes and my family couldn't even be there for it. My 2 year old cried and cried. I was so sad, it really took away from what should have been a great expereince. I've been going to Avera for years and have never been told this.
Treated like trash by reception, I’m not going to pay to be treated poorly, very disappointed.
