Too many buildings couldn't figure out where i needed to go. No parking. Gave up. Not worth the trouble. Im sure the docs are great but I wouldn't know.
Greg DeSautel made me and my husband feel like we were the biggest idiots ever.. didn’t understand why we got referred there from our primary doctor for our 9 month old son. Told us that babies never have tonsils issues and that he is clearly healthy because he is a chunky baby. Was literally in the room for about 5 minutes and told us that we just need to sleep train our son so he stops screaming at night. Then told us that babies that go to daycare get sick..very unimpressed with him and now he made me feel!!
The front desk staff was amazing, they went above and beyond for my care great customer service. I saw Leslie Smith, she and her nurse were great. Leslie was friendly and explained everything very throughly and in a way I could understand. Very impressed with my experience would recommend for any ent issues.
Wow, the real one stop shop for all the issues! This building is so massive and perlexing I kept taking wrong turns on my visit. I nearly spent 2 hours walking around this building looking for where My doctor's suite is. My insurance company told me I would be in good hands ever since having to visit due the motorcycle accident (head on) I was involved in earlier this year.
