The receptionist was extremely rude. I’ve been battling health concerns for months with no end in sight. I was so thankful to finally get a referral to see an ear nose and throat doctor so I could FINALLY get the help I need. I drove 15 minutes into town in a vehicle with warped brakes, for the receptionist to tell me they didn’t receive the referral. Amazing people! Amazing people at the front desk, amazing nurses, amazing doctors. It’s never another dreaded appointment, it’s a place that I’m actually happy to go to when I have an appointment. I enjoy seeing every one of them every time I go there. I’ve never had a bad experience or witnessed anything but kindness and patience from every one who works there. They are great and I’m so entirely thankful for them!
Anytime I go there the check ups are alright. Needed to be checked for an std and they wouldn’t do it. Recently got checked and it was okay. I called because I’m now sick and dizzy and requested a note for work as my Dr did say this was going to happen and the lady “Linda” was VERY rude, talked over me and pretended she couldn’t hear me. When I said hello she said “yes are you still here” I said yes and tried to explain some things, she continued to cut me off as before and said they would call back.
