Had a kidney stone you could SEE - a big lump, stuck. Hurt like the devil. They got me in right away, but didn’t even look at the issue. A doctor (?) talked to me and said they couldn’t help. Went home and spent hours trying to pass it myself, which I finally did. They didn’t even LOOK at the issue, they didn’t check my temp or blood…or urine for infection or blood…I went septic from one of these years ago and almost died. It was easy to get in, but a waste of time - unless you want to die. Go to Sanford!!
Went to the ER recently due to being so sick, couldn’t really speak loud cause my throat was hurting so much and the guy at the front desk CASEY was very rude and wouldn’t stop yelling at me to speak up even tho I said my throat hurts nd he heard me and asked how long. He had 0 compassion, didn’t care about how I was feeling at the moment and was very nasty with a nasty attitude! You cn do better CASEY!
This ER is absolutely amazing!! Erica my nurse and Justice my medic were the best and the Dr was so wonderful these ppl treated me with respect and genuine care!!!! Id give 100 stars if I could
Took my wife to the ER and this has been the best ER ever for my wife and nurse Erica is amazing and treats my wife with the utmost kindness and care and has the best bed side manor I've ever seen. The docs are awesome and treat my wife with great care.
Was just in ER. Doctor said he couldn't do anything for me. Discharge said to return if I had a list of symptoms that I was there for that he said he couldn't do anything about. Said my lungs were clear. I kept telling the Doctor about how my lungs were burning and I couldn't breathe and he said all he could do was hook me up to a machine and suck it out after saying my lungs were clear.
