I spent 16 days in the facility for a spinal cord injury last year and can’t say enough about the staff and care I received. I felt heard and taken care of during my stay at a really difficult time in my life. I was able to transition home easily with their help and support.

There are not words enough to sing the praises of Avera inpatient rehab, and the incredible staff that work there! During a medical procedure I had a stroke. I was scared and unsure of what was happening and was sent to inpatient rehab. I was immediately welcomed with compassion and kindness. I was there for three weeks and the nurses and techs and therapists are nothing short of amazing! When you’re sad, they make you smile.
