Horrible ... my child was referred last year, it took forever for them to even make contact. Every time I asked I would hear oh avera says they can't get ahold of you (even though my phones glued to my hand so there's no way I missed it). Fast forward a bit I end up taking him out of school to homeschool beginning of May 2021. Avera has made contact and has said even though he's homeschooled they will honor the referral.
