Very satisfied with quality and service
I was able to be seen right away, everyone was friendly. My kids loved the receptionist! Doctor was professional and diagnosed my issue, gave clear instructions, and sent in a script for treatment. I appreciate you guys squeezing me in!
I miss Dr Hagen but Dr Haisman is cool and I believe is a solid replacement. Staff is awesome.
Poor service, even after what I thought was confirmed with them as a set of glasses COVERED BY MY INSURANCE, it arrives weeks after they said it would, for 350+ dollars, no heads up, just oh and by the way insurance won’t cover them.. now they have broken a few months later and I need a set warranted, neither did I get a straight answer about a warranty, nor did they give me any kind of reassurance that they’d even help me with my broken glasses, I’m they took them, said they would send them in.. and no eta, or can we get yo... read more
Have been going there for over 40 years. After the way I was treated to today, I am done. So sad that you get a brand new building but can't back it up with customer service. I truly miss Roger.
