My experience from the time I arrived to the emergency room to the end of the 3 days i had to stay in the hospital went really well. The over night nurse and the assistant nurses were great, treated me well. The head day time nurse was so nice to me, she made me feel comfortable every time she came into the room. So kind ,so comforting why I was in pain. I can't say nothing but good things about her. Big thank you to all the doctors and nurses who cared for me during my day.
I called the Avera Home Medical to help with clarification on an item, and Dealyn was so pleasant. She quickly and professionally provided information that was both helpful and informative. It was like talking to a friend. Highly recommend! Deb ♈️

I went in to plastics at the prairie center yesterday because I was having some complications with my double mastectomy. My normal doctor was off and Dr. Fowler was the doctor I saw that day. He was so good to me. He took his last patient and asked if I would wait so that he could focus on me and give me all the help I needed to feel better. Went to behavioral health urgent care with the exception of the lady at the front desk and the nurse practitioner the staff was rude, condescending and just about pushed me out the door. Very rude and lacking in compassion. Before I was ready to make a decision she told me to sign the discharge papers and escorted me to the door without even a kind word or a goodbye. Sad
Cindy has been fantastic! From the day we ordered the chair until delivery today she has kept us advised on the status of our new 'Roho' chair. Cindy made sure the chair was adjusted to suit our needs and did a good job showing us how things worked. A very positive experience.!!!

No, no, no! A friend attempted to establish care with this individual and he would not accept them because they have a mental health diagnosis. We live in a world where we are attempting to break the stigma associated with mental health disease and this guy is not helping at all! Get this ... their diagnosis was made 22 years ago and they have been on the same meds for that many years living a full & healthy life.
