Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Avera and Maria, the POC. After canceling on us three times, she and her team finally showed up for an estimate. After receiving the estimate a few days later and asking questions about the estimate and Maria agreeing to revise the proposal, she disapeared and we never heard back from her. Very unprofessional and would not recommend wasting your time with her.
Avera Environmental is TOP NOTCH! They are extreme professionals as well as nice, understanding and compassionate people. Maria is an outstanding communicator and is extremely responsive. The Avera Team helped us through an otherwise stressful situation and we are forever grateful for their swift responses and actions. We tried other companies and were completely disappointed. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVERA!
