Took my teenager in for severe stomach pain at 2.30am. We normally go to Sanford clinics but this ER is 5 minutes from home, so gave it a try. So glad we did! The best experience I've ever had in an emergency room, especially on a holiday. Every nurse, doctor, technician, etc. was very kind and knowledgeable. Ran all the tests, even a CT scan and we were there for only 1.5 hours. Very fast. My daughter is feeling better! Highly recommend!

I barely sat down and they called us in. They're kind, prompt, and wonderful with pediatrics. I appreciate all of their hard work.

Do a good job the first time and you wouldn't have to have patients come back in while in sepsis.

I went in for flank pain (history of kidney issues) one nurse was putting a blood pressure cuff on when another nurse came up and literally stabbed my arm.. it happened so fast I can’t even say if she cleaned my arm before doing it… she started moving the needle around until I had to ask her to stop. I have a golf ball sized lump now. She just said “oh I hit a artery wall” like it was nothing. Idk what these docs issues were tonight at this er but I brought my wife in for severe abdominal pain and they ran tests and gave meds and pushed her out was rude and didn't even want to address the real issue. The radiology dept didn't even look at her CT scan because soon as she was done with CT 15-30 mins later they come in and push her out. They did nothing beneficial for her and they didn't want to find out what was really going on with her.
