The late, missed appointment policy is outrageous. Receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.
A shout out to the staff. Thank you for helping me lose 40 pounds over the last year. You’ve always been kind and compassionate in your interactions with me. I know I need to work a bit harder to reach my goal of 50 pounds. Thanks again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was running about 10-15 min behind. Called and let them know. I am 2 hours away was just getting into Sioux Falls when I called and between traffic and weather I walked in their clinic per my phone at 1041 with a empty waiting room and the receptionist said I told you no more than 10 minutes late we would have to reschedule. Maybe Sanford hospital cares more about their patients coming out of town for their well being and safety then sticking by a late policy with an empty waiting room than... read more
