From the first phone call to the last good-bye, this place was amazing!!!! The staff are outstanding and truly care for your success. The facility is nicer than most hotels, and the food is far better than what you would expect from a medical facility. I walked into AACC full of doubt, fear and anxiety. I left AACC as a new and better version of me before addiction. This place helped me change my health, my relationships, and my confidence to know I am better than my addiction. Best place to rebound my mental health, unfortunately I may be going back, but so blessed this is an option.
Staff were dismissive of my medical needs. They did not give any weight to my personal health knowledge. They do not address needs or paperwork in a timely manner. I was treated as a second thought and had to figure out almost everything for myself. Was told to leave if I didn't like how things were.
Would have to say one of the best treatment facilities in the nation. No complaints at all and was extremely helpful with my addiction.
