Very clean amenties. And the establishment is run very well. Staff are great
Splendid facilities, beautiful and uplifting architecture and decor.
Lovely carers and facilities ....... but when your family member passes away, be prepared for their army of lawyers ! Your family member's estate will be in limbo for ages. Post Script : Freedom has posted a pithy response saying my review is because I was "overwhelmed". This is untrue and self-serving. Freedom breached the law on multiple occasions, made us drag them into QCAT to get our money back (and didn't even have the respect to show up to the first 2 hearings) and paid us our original entitlement plus costs plus inte... read more
