My wife sent flowers to a friend who has been unwell. We were unfortunately very disappointed with the arrangement. Nothing like the photo. We expected a slight variation but this was very poor and looked embarrassing!! Will not be using this florist again.
Really great service and very helpful
Very very disappointed. Bought some roses there and the day after several had to be tossed. Day after that the whole bunch needed to be binned. Spoke to them and another bunch was supplied. That was 2 days ago and they already dead . As good as they were about it,I was told that roses are not very good in summer even though they were indoors for the 2 days. Its an expense which needs to be explained prior to purchase. Won't be purchasing from there again. A shame.
Always head here for formal wrist corsages. They do a stunning job.
Flowers sent by family member interstate to son in hospital, unfortunately he unexpectly moved wards in mean time, I spoke to staff on both floors to advise he was getting the delivery, “all good this happens a bit moving patients they said he will still get them” No delivery on due day , enquire made following day, apparently the courier came back with flowers saying patient had been discharged, I asked at hospital reception before being told why not delivered , yep his details clearly brought up with ward/ bed details .
