we were shown an apartment at night, pressured into signing and turns out the apartment was going to have construction all year long and had pigeon waste all over outside. The client is not going to be a priority. Read the recent reviews and you will understand to steer clear of Vardan and Tyrion.

Not a good experience. Their service was not only slow and overall bad (they did not updronr disclose that the building has construction going on) but also very rude (talking down to us) and still acting like they did us a BIG favor. Vardan and Tyrian - both were not supportive. Non pleasant experience- would avoid this place if possible.
