Was going to come here after moving to the area, but we were rescheduled twice and the second time they called me while I was commuting home early 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. I was asked if I could come in the next morning instead. Is everyone just flexible all day and sitting around? I could’ve moved meetings around maybe but it’s about principle. They have too much clerical help and just One Vet . I waited with my cat 50 minutes in exam room. The other staff did not come in to say how much longer or any update. I did get a message Day before that Dr. ---- would be be replacing Dr.-----; they could have scheduled less Appts. Or spread them out to serve customers Efficiently.
