RecommendedI've been there a number of times over 10 years or so, for various cats. Sometimes fixing some feral/stray cats, and for end-of-life care for ny indoor cat, and for a couple of minor injuries with an indoor/outdoor cat. I've dealt with at least 3 different doctors there, of different experience levels, but have always been pleased with the care and information they've given. I can say that I did change my primary vet about a year ago. at no fault of avenues. You see I had to put down one of my best friends at avenues 2 years ago and even driving by, brings up the pain that I just can’t recover from. So today when I got home to find my other best friend covered in his own blood from only God knows what- my primary vet clinic had already closed, I called avenues and was able to get him an appt. RecommendedAfter every visit at Avenues, I feel like my dogs didn’t just get treated, but also loved on. I highly recommend this clinic. Friendly staff, doctors that know what they’re doing and take time to visit with my pets and answer all my questions.
Been a customer for over 16 years. called Wednesday night with my dog being sick and the lady at the front counter said we had 10 minutes to get there by 5:40pm or she was going to charge us an extra $150.00. We called at about 5:30pm and are located east of town off of Whitney Road. Thanks for taking care of us during this difficult time! Shi much for wanting to retain customers! Guess with the owner change a few years ago the dollar is all that matters today!
I have been very impressed with the changes the past year both from remodeling to how my pets are treated. Plus huge difference in putting a pet down a couple weeks from how it was there 10 years ago. Felt like they actually cared and deeply this time. Thank you for upping your game!
