I loved living at Avenues, but unfortunately I cannot recommend renting with them. I moved to be closer to work, had a spotless rent payment history and no notice of outstanding balances. Months later, I find out that I was sent to collections for $356 and the property refused to return my calls to explain why. I am a public school teacher trying to buy a home soon and this was a huge unnecessary hit to my credit. I cannot endorse this property to wise renters looking for a new home.
