I don't recommend it to anyone. It's like being robbed: they add meaningless charges to your monthly bill, and when you go to the office to dispute a charge, they just give you excuses to charge you even more. And when their explanations don't make sense, if you call, they're always busy, but when you actually get to the office, you can see that's not true. Honestly, the management is terrible. I have been complaining for 3 weeks to clean up the sideways it has all leaves and wild chicken shit.all over walking way. This is not apartment even the toilet is cleaner than this.. its a cheating to clients .. my wife is pregnant.. I don’t want these shit to get some disease. . I asked the office to send notice to old lady to not feed water as birds are attracted.. and remove cups that is used to feed water now i see why there are so many bad reviews despite being in good location… I had to write this review as I am tired... read more
The management is horrific, there are severe issues with the apartments that are left unresolved for years!! Serious mold issues that have caused health problems among the residents, the living conditions are below standards for the price of the apartments!
Amazing staff!! My son starts college at Full Sail University and Shannon helped us get everything together for my son to move in smoothly!! And great big thank you to Michelle who was also very helpful and diligent!
Nina and the team are updating the Property in the right direction. She handled in 2 months fights i had been having for over a year more professionally and with more communication than I'd ever received before with previous property managers..
