RecommendedI’ve been going to Dr. Pheiffer for over 20 years. She is always professional and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
I am or was a patient here and so was my family. I am suffering with a huge wound and rash and hives all over me. I called crying and they still wouldn’t work me in. I have been to patient first 3 times and they at least tried to help me. Avenues said they couldn’t see me until the end of March despite the fact I had over hundred itchy blisters on me and hives all over my face. Dr. Gorman is fantastic. Staff is always friendly and on point.
I thought I had found a legitimate dermatology practice, but I was wrong. Because of a busy work schedule I had to make a change appointment. I had my wife call and reschedule. When she did we were hit with a fee for that. They said we did not give them 24 hour notice. I believe we did.We asked for the call logs They gave us dates but no actual time when we place the call.we have the information because all the calls were made from our cells and they are time stamped.
