This is a very nice place to live. The whole staff is kind and friendly; the maintenance is especially quick. Thank you Elizabeth and Lisa at the front and Mike, George, Pedro, and the rest of the maintenance staff. They have always proactively handled any issues I came across during my time living here with haste and care.
Avenues at Craig Ranch are conveniently located next to everything. There's an Aldi's in front of it, CVS & Walgreens down the road, and Kroger & HEB less than five minutes away. I have lived here for some timd and the community feels safe for my family and I have not run into any issues. The amenities like the pool and gym are great to have access to and are kept clean throughout the year. Though I wish the gym was bigger as it can get crowded, I have no complaints about the complex as a whole. Good community.
The have been having quite a few of car break-ins.The apartments are nice, but they need remodeling. Fortunately, they are finally getting renovated, which is great! The leasing agents and maintenance staff are excellent. However, the neighbors can be rude and walk around very heavily, almost like they are practicing drills. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything! When you complain, they never send out an email or take any action. If you have kids, it's better to live on the first level or teach them some manners!
I’m furious with management for towing my vehicle and Iam a resident I spoke with management and she informed me that they tagged my car but she couldn’t provide proof she could only provide me with the sticker they place on my car before they had it towed and she also stated they couldn’t figure out who the vehicle belong to not once did they attempt to find out who the vehicle belongs to …they email you about everything else but management couldn’t send out a simple email to everyone to find out who the vehicle belong to s... read more
Lisa and Kelly have been a life saver.. my mother and myself just love our apt and how they treat my mother which means more to me then anything…it is kept clean.. everyone is professional and helpful… this is family
