Bad customer service. This used to be a good place to shop but the service has gone down over the past 10 to 15 years.
My husband and I shopped there this Friday, new to this area. We purchased some ice cream got home ( two blocks away) that Saturday we opened up the Kit Kat ice cream. It looked like it had been thawed out and replaced in the freezer for resale.
