I came to see Brian out of extreme dissatisfaction with the haircut I’d received at Luce 3 weeks ago. He assessed my long hair and agreed it was all uneven, the ends were very thinned out, and pieces of it were just *missing* on account of my former stylist hacking me with thinning shears (without my consent, I might add).
