Great experience with Dr. Kim and Evan! Service was fast and efficient! I’m actually looking forward to the next time I’m coming in which seems like a crazy thing to say about a dental appointment.
Great dental clinic! Have been coming here for the last 4 years and have no complaints. Shout out to Dr. Kim
Customer service is terrible. They changed my appointment time and front desk lied about calling many times to tell me and that they left voicemails. She called once before the appointment but never left a message. I show up and she tells me the zoc doc appointment one is just a request and not my actual time. Then was rude as I explained I never got an email or a voicemail with this new time.
Don’t go here at all!!! They will cheat you to get your money. They will get you into false promise to take an appointment (I took an appointment on September 2024) and quote you a lower amount for the crown . (550 $ , while stating that other will be covered by insurance. I have got their quoted printed paper) Then on the day of the appointment(October 2024), they call you and state that your insurance doesn’t cover. And charge you 2.5 times more the expected cost(1350$) . This was a shock to me since I expected Avenue smil... read more
