I needed a retainer/bite guard, which they ordered under the wrong billing code. They refused to even attempt to correct the issue so that health insurance would cover any of the cost. They insisted it was a conversation that could only be had with health insurance. The dentist and cleaning part was ok so I am leaving 2 stars. But experience with the front desk and hygienist/assistant was straight up bad. When the hygienist was taking xrays, it was just painful, she kept telling me thats normal, i told her very politely that Ive had dental X-rays many times in the past and it never hurt like this but she kept telling me I had a “small mouth” and what they do here is a full mouth X-ray, which other dental offices don’t do. Fake availability on website, eventually my appointment got cancelled and delayed my treatment - keep reaching out to me on weekend , blame me and ask me remove my review
Great experience with Dr. Kim and Evan! Service was fast and efficient! I’m actually looking forward to the next time I’m coming in which seems like a crazy thing to say about a dental appointment.
