I am posting this review a day after my son's hair coloring and cut debacle. Initially, I was going to have Avenue Salon color his hair but this lady convinced me to let her cut his hair. I wanted a simple fade for his sides and she stated, "I have 30 years in and fading is the first thing that she learned" (paraphrasing). After his shower I noticed just how bad she cut him. He is cut badly over his face and neck. We will never go back. I wish I could add these pictures.

Took my daughter for the first time and she was cut by Michelle. I would tell the lady what I wanted her to do with my child's hair and she would turn and look at my daughter and ask if that was what she wanted in total disregard to what me the parent was telling her to have done. Also, she completely didn't do what I showed her how to cut my daughter's hair.
