Horrible customer service, I put in request online to get an estimate for my roof. The estimator informed me that he went onto google maps saw my property online and gave me a quote based off of that, verses coming to my property inspecting what the issue is. I have had another company come out, went onto my roof inspected the issue and gave me a quote for WAY LESS then Avenue roofing did. If you don't want to do the job, then please don't waste people's time.
I've used them twice, my last house & current one, both times they were amazing! Definitely on the expensive side but well worth it
Joe and Kaz are two great gentlemen with a sense of humour and obvious experience and expertise. I wanted an inspection. They were immediately responsive, we booked a time the next day, they showed up on time, performed the inspection in the middle of a rainstorm, determined the roof is still in good shape, told me to wait a few more years, and refused payment. I almost wish I needed a new roof so I could hire them. First impression only but first impression very positive.
Had Avenue Road Roofing come and rescue us in the dead of winter from a nightmare roof scamming situation. We dealt with Aron mostly on site. He was very professional and thorough. Full disclosure and detailed estimates. No surprises!!! Came multiple times to check and assesses the work as the project was done in stages as well as take photos and write a report that we could use in our small claims filing against the other roofer. I have a difficult very high slate roof with multiple levels. Avenue Road was the only company that would reliably show up, write me a letter for insurance and did the job unbelievably quickly and efficiently.
