I’ve been trying to get in touch with this real estate company for over two months regarding an office space we’re very interested in renting. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and follow-up messages, I have not received a single response. It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially for a business that’s supposed to be responsive and client-focused. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can only imagine what actual service would be like. Very poor communication and customer service.
Grant Cook is very professional and efficient and he was wonderful to work with when he helped us rent our house and sell the house. I would highly recommend working with him. He is very good at keeping us informed and all the options for decision making.
Daniel A Cardenas is a very professional Broker that cares about his clients, company and his reputation.
I've done multiple deals with Aaron and Daniel. They are both great to work with on commercial leasing, and I would recommend them highly. Very professional, and they understand the Miami market.
