Aaron and his team are absolutely amazing!!! Not only do they manage 16 of our rental properties and do a fabulous job, but let me tell you about a miracle purchase that they executed flawlessly. As a tenant for the first time in decades, I am living in an apartment managed by Avenue Group. Pricing is competitive, we are getting very decent value for the location we are in now, Old Webster, with walkability to Webster University and all the businesses around. We had a few maintenance calls over the last months, and the team has always been very responsive and completed all works quickly and satisfactory. Thanks Alan and Eddie for being great partners!
