POOR COMMUNICATION. If you like to be in the loop as to what is going on, then go with someone else. She convinced me to utilize her services because she had a "comprehensive marketing strategy". I asked how that was different from what others could offer, and was told it basically meant her connections and networking skills were superior to others. Unethical as they come
More than happy to share another negative review of Katy Cain. Literally can’t believe people still use her services. Katy LITERALLY broke into my condo for a showing. The potential buyers told me several months later. It was FSBO and I would’ve known if she wanted to show it. Messaged her. Nothing back. Not surprised. Here’s another tidbit. 3 properties in our building she listed had “clean” condition reports. Guess what? We have some major building to explain to the new buyers. Do not trust her. Truly the worst of the worst Realtors. I've never dealt with a Realty that was less in touch with their clients.
We had a wonderful experience working with Jim selling our home! Extremely helpful and responsive. He took his time guiding us through the process and answering all questions we had. We could not be happier and would highly recommend.
