Just don't even bother. She doesn't respond at all. I've sent messages and just nothing. Also almost 15 years of working with real estate agents looking at homes and land and so many complaints regarding Katy Cain. Unprofessional in my opinion. If I could I would give a negative star review.
POOR COMMUNICATION. If you like to be in the loop as to what is going on, then go with someone else. She convinced me to utilize her services because she had a "comprehensive marketing strategy". I asked how that was different from what others could offer, and was told it basically meant her connections and networking skills were superior to others. Claimed she had 10 people lined up and ready to buy my house.....(2 of which were cash buyers, and 1 was her dad who sold his condo and needed a place to live). Hot market and al... read more

Unethical as they come
More than happy to share another negative review of Katy Cain. Literally can’t believe people still use her services. Katy LITERALLY broke into my condo for a showing. The potential buyers told me several months later. It was FSBO and I would’ve known if she wanted to show it. Messaged her. Nothing back. Not surprised. Here’s another tidbit. 3 properties in our building she listed had “clean” condition reports. Guess what? We have some major building to explain to the new buyers. Do not trust her.
