I recently moved into the building and was impressed with the concierge staff, building manager and how seriously they take our security. Belltown is a wonderful neighborhood but it can be a little rough at times so the extra measures are appreciated. The amenities offered are great. The rooftop view is the best I’ve seen in comparison to Seattle Heights and Dimension. A pool or tub tub would’ve made this perfect but you can’t have it all. Overall, very excited to live here.

We lived here for 4 years on rent and it was the BEST place to live in downtown. Location, safety and maintenance were amazing. The building manager and concierge do an excellent job of making sure all residents are taken care of and it really feels like a close knit community! The building takes safety very seriously and we have never had any issues of feeling unsafe even around the block. Would HIGHLY recommend if you are able to snap a place in this building!
The building's security is of utmost importance. The HOA, building manager, and concierges take this seriously. Therefore tenants are fined for leaving the garage door unattended. You must watch it close. And you can't let people into the building if they don't have a key fob. The HOA's finances are very well run, and the upkeep of the building is well thought out and executed. The rooftop is well maintained.
