I’ve been coming here for years, despite the owner often being rude and unfriendly. I kept returning because the service was usually quick, the work was decent, and I wasn’t overly particular. Unfortunately, my last two visits changed that. I’ve had the exact same nude French ombré for about three years. This time, my regular technician decided to change the base colour without asking. Extremely rude Jenny! No apologies whatsoever ! After my pedicure I had a severe pain on the side of my nail. I went in just to ask for some help to see if my usual tech could try to file the side of the nail a bit for me, she was so rude kept telling me they couldn’t help me. I have always tipped so much and tried to remain kind even when they are rude . Zero customer service!

Usually they do a good job. However, I regret tipping because this time the girl who did my nails rushed through it so much that she forgot to TRIM my nails under the biogel set, and didnt even do my cuticles. Disappointing but still she did a nice job overall on the design but the lack of care and attention to detail was not it.
