I’ve had a great experience with Avenue Living Apartments on Preston Avenue. The staff have been friendly, VERY helpful and responsive, and the move-in process was smooth and well organized. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with everything I need close by including transit, shopping, and green spaces. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live in Saskatoon!
