Run, don't walk, run AWAY from avenue living. I moved into the Sutherland building in January, and to my surprise, bed bugs! They were not disclosed at all, nor was a recent cockroach infestation from the prior year. Your apartment located at 3726 Diefenbaker Dr is literally filled with dog-poop everywhere. When you walk out all you see and smell is dog poop. TIRED OF THIS

I went to see your 3726 Diefenbaker Dr apartments my friend recommended it and as soon as I came there I hated it, the front door of 3726 was filled with dogshit, not just one a-lot more than imaginable. All i saw was shit 💩 everywhere, I’ll probably come see it again soon hopefully it’s fixed but yuck man don’t you have any cleanliness here, and don’t the dog owners have any civic sense??
