Being with Avenue Living has been the most miserable renting experience of my life. Maintenance requests go ignored, the building im in is AWFUL inside, it smells terrible, the halls are stained and the building is neglected. The property managers here are jokes and have constantly tried entering my apartment without 24 hours (or any) notice.
I would not recommend living at Pinnacle by Avenue Living. During the year we lived there, it was one issue after another, and the management was very disappointing. Security was one of our biggest concerns. There were multiple thefts from the underground garage, homeless people were able to get into the building, and at one point someone parked in our assigned underground parking stall without a permit. I live in one of their buildings and it is so shit we have no water so we called and they said it is not an emergency. And it flooded ruining some of our things but it’s somehow not an emergency they are so shitty
I lived in 445 Retallack st apartment in this building over two years, and my experience has been amazing. The building manager is fantastic, and all the surveys and services I received were top-notch. I’ve just signed another lease for a year, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental!
I lived at The Pinnacle – Avenue Living, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The building often felt unsafe. We experienced repeated security issues, including homeless individuals entering the building and thefts in the area. Fire alarms went off frequently, often in the middle of the night, causing unnecessary stress for residents. The apartment also had ongoing maintenance problems.
