Palm Road Apartments in Lethbridge are unsuitable for living. Bugs in my bathroom, and eventually in my kitchen faucet water. My daughter and I were bit at night and continuously itchy. We left prior to our lease ending, but paid in full for the whole lease because we are decent people. Avenue living is a terrible place to call home. I've been to many of their buildings and they are all falling apart. The staff are rude and the managers do not care. The buildings are in terrible shape. Avenue living has a brand new building for their headquarters on Glenmore trail but can't seem to invest any money into the residential buildings they own. Tells you everything you need to know about this company
HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. They bought our building. Then DESTROYED IT. Prepare for ANYONE at ANYTIME, illegally entering your home. EVERYONE HAS THE MADTER KEY TO YOUR UNIT. There is no manager (regardless of what they say). A random construction worker will have your key. And live in the empty suite. They have access to your home, at 3 AM, they will be standing in your bedroom ….TERRIFYING. They entered my home three separate times. Then when I complained, I received a 24 hour notice to vacate.
