Palm Road Apartments in Lethbridge are unsuitable for living. Bugs in my bathroom, and eventually in my kitchen faucet water. My daughter and I were bit at night and continuously itchy. The worst company and service in the world
Worse place ever. I wish I can just give 0 if I can. My bedroom ceiling was leaking I called the offices and they told me that they would send someone to fix it, as it’s an emergency. The repairman took an hour and as we tried to call the emergency line for Avenue a living the line got disconnected even though it says on the website that it is 24 hours. Furthermore there has been multiple leaks on my floor which involved ceiling tiles to fall down in the hallway and pipes in the walls to start leaking which all seem preventa... read more
Avoid Avenue Living if you value communication, maintenance, or fairness. Management is practically unreachable — emails and calls go unanswered for weeks, and it’s never clear who’s responsible for the building. Maintenance requests take months, and when someone finally shows up, the “repairs” are done with tape or silicone instead of fixing anything properly.
