This company is horrible to deal with. STAY AWAY!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star. If there were a choice for zero star, I would rate them 0. We complained about smoking, but it was never resolved. We initiated the complaint in March 2025 because the kids had asthma, and we kept following up every week, but nothing happened. Just moved in not too long ago and noticed a burning smell coming from the vents we took everything apart and were absolutely disgusted by them like this is what we’re breathing in and moved into they looked like they have never been cleaned 🤮

In my experience, this has been one of the worst places I’ve lived in. Since the new management took over, the overall building maintenance and service have noticeably declined. We’ve had a mice infestation in our unit for more than 1.5 years, and despite repeated reports, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Communicating with the building manager is also extremely difficult — it usually takes at least three emails and multiple reminders just to get a response. After weeks of frustration with one of their properties, then reading further reviews, this company is one to stay away from. I also recently learned though the application states no credit checks at the top of the page, very clearly, but the regional manager verbally stated they do in fact do a soft credit check and use this for a determination. Horrible company to deal with. They entered my home without leaving notice and when I called to complain about their illegal activities all the customer service team said was “do you want to leave a complaint?” No apology, no nothing, and didn’t even receive a call back for my “complaint” about their illegal business practices. They put 3-day eviction notices on my door, and my neighbours as well, even though both of us paid through zenbase, their preferred method.
