I purchased an antique sterling silver locket from Avenue J after a long search for the perfect piece. Their customer service was excellent. I received quick and thorough replies to my queries (not just one-line answers like I received from most other jewellers) and they were happy to send me more pictures of the piece so I could know exactly what I was buying. Checkout was easy and the locket arrived very quickly. I am absolutely in love with it! Thanks for a great product and experience, team. :)

I bought a silver chain 3 months ago on a Holiday from this Co. Came back and told them the chain broke after 4 wears. I paid cash +no receipt,or I didn’t keep it.They didn’t believe me +no help to fix it from where ever they bought it. Most unsatisfactory
I bought a dress ring made by Avenue J that had a central mabe pearl surrounded by little emeralds. Within a short period an emerald fell out. Then another one fell out. I emailed the store through their website but did not receive a response. Stupidly instead of taking it back in to the store or calling them I went to another jeweller and paid over $500 to have the stones reinstated.
