Moving into Avenue Heights has been a really good decision for me. This peaceful apartment overlooks Avenue of the Flags from the balcony in the back. Big windows and french doors let in as much light and air as possible. The apartment was clean with new and cared-for appliances in the unit. Safety is a priority for me, and property manager Christina is a genuine and helpful neighbor with real protector energy. I love it here! Thank you Christina. :)

I was a tenant at Avenue Heights Apartments for 7 years. I recently moved out and they attempted to charge $1300 cleaning fee for 1bd 610sqt unit upon moving out. They tried to charge me for many things that are considered maintenance and are the owners responsibility. Only after threating legal action did they return an additional $850 of my deposit. I recently have had the pleasure of moving into the Avenue Heights apartments in Buellton Ca. And I must say that I am delighted! The entire move in process was seamless and speedy. My unit has been incredibly well maintained. Appliances and fixtures are very modern and in superior condition. I enjoyed living at Avenue Heights Apartments and will miss living there. The complex is kept clean, well maintained and the apartments are of top-notch quality along with a quite atmosphere of the area. I felt very safe and secure at the complex. Christina the leasing manager made the processing out very easy.
