I have been to see Dr.Spafford twice in his office this within 3 months. He has been nothing but supportive and shown kindness. Has always taken the time to talk to me and make sure I understand whats happening to my body. He's Receptionist has always been polite. The one appointment we had vehicle trouble and had to cancel within hours of my appointment, she was very understanding and went out of her way to get me another appointment the same week. Doctor Houdek is amazing. He took time to explain everything carefully without being in a rush. He is approachable and compassionate. Even their receptionist is helpful and friendly.
Dr Sharma is amazing. His people skills are so comforting. He listens to you and doesn’t rush you off. He takes concerns seriously and follows up if needed. My daughter had surgery a couple days ago and isn’t doing well due to her sensory issues. He took the time to make her feel comfortable and help make her comfortable at home so she can heal properly.
Dr. Spafford's receptionist comes across as rude and impolite. She appears to lack compassion when interacting and shows little patience when asked to repeat herself, as if she's having a bad day or dislikes her job. Reading reviews, I noticed many others also complain about her, and it seems she should have been replaced.
