Dr Sharma is great! His receptionist is so friendly and efficient. The building is clean and lots of parking! So much easier than the old location!
Disappointed in the responsiveness of Dr Suryavanshi. Ive had two appointments. First was in the early afternoon and got there early....waited for 90 minutes after what was supposed to be my appointment then she finally saw me. Next one I booked at 9:30 AM so that I could ensure they wouldnt get too far behind. at 10:35 watching patient after patient being called into other offices....I decided to leave. She obviously has no respect for her patients time. So I lost patience....and she lost a patient.
I have had the pleasure of having three appointments to date and it was an honour to Have Dr Neil and the staff look after my medical issues. They understand Compassion, Kindness and being thorough in explaining the issue and explaining how they are about to solve the issue. We are blessed to add DR Neil and staff to our "Angels in the out Field" re looking after our medical needs. Do keep up the fabulous work
