I am an extremely anxious dental patient and Shannon was amazing! She was understanding and constantly asked me how I was doing. Dr. Mitchell was the same. Erica explained the cost outline and I never felt any pressure to even set an appointment to begin treatment. They provided me with the info and have given me the chance to look at it and see how I might like to proceeed.
