I was in desperate need of a dentist. A friend who's a patient of Dr. Heckler called the office, on my behalf, and asked if she would see me. She did almost immediately, which I truly appreciated. Dr Heckler was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and gentle throughout the entire visit, making me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist. The entire office and staff was great. I am so grateful for their help.
Sometimes there are not enough words and this is one of them. My ongoing experience with Dr. Heckler is obviously 5 star! She is brilliantly knowledgeable. She is kind, considerate and truly cares. She was always patient with me, took time to listen to my issues and would explain each procedure in detail, never rushing. Her manual dexterity is amazing, and gentle. Dr Heckler is a warm, professional, dentist who is supremely competent and shows empathy and caring . She is truly knowledgeable - and actually listens to her patients! It is the first time in many years that I can say I can truly relax during my dental visits feeling completely secure in her hands.
