Great staff and doctors. I have been seeing Dr Joe Spano- Greco for over 25 years and he is a great doctor and the admin staff pleasant, very helpful, professional and go above and beyond to help patients. Thank you all for a great service over the years. 👏👏
Does anyone know if / when Dr. Cook is returning? Avenue Bloor Medical continues to say she is on medical leave but the CPSO website states “Dr. Cook has voluntarily ceased to practise medicine in all jurisdictions.” (effective Dec 18, 2025). If she is not returning anytime soon (or ever) it would be great if they could let patients know.
This review is specifically for the administrative staff. Thank you for your cooperation and hard work in transferring all of my medical records to my family doctor’s office. Dr. Cook being on medical leave understandably complicated matters, as I am on consistent medication and require monthly refills. Horribly unprofessional and inconsiderate office. My doctor has been great, but when she went on an unexpected medical leave of absence, I was informed by the clinic that "unfortunately, we are unable to service [your] Dr.'s practice, aside from prescription refills of non controlled medication..." So I was left without a way to get an important prescription refilled with less than a week's notice. It is incredible that this was deemed an appropriate response.
