This review is specifically for the administrative staff. Thank you for your cooperation and hard work in transferring all of my medical records to my family doctor’s office. Dr. Cook being on medical leave understandably complicated matters, as I am on consistent medication and require monthly refills. Horribly unprofessional and inconsiderate office. My doctor has been great, but when she went on an unexpected medical leave of absence, I was informed by the clinic that "unfortunately, we are unable to service [your] Dr.'s practice, aside from prescription refills of non controlled medication..." So I was left without a way to get an important prescription refilled with less than a week's notice. It is incredible that this was deemed an appropriate response. My wife and I have been patients of Doctor Spano Greco for approximately 40 years. Throughout that time, he has been a very caring and capable physician who has been of great help to us. We really appreciate all his help. He is compassionate, thorough, and takes a real interest in our health. We are very grateful.
I have seen Dr. Cook for years. She is so lovely. Very professional and truly cares for the well being of her patients. She never rushes me or dismisses my concerns. I am grateful to have her as my doctor.
