Great place, good quality! And very good employees!
It was quite easy getting the appointment from the local Temple adore to come to us. 2 days after glass was installed, a crack appeared in the window while rolling it down and back up. Unless I drove to Waco, no one would help me at the local store. There has to be a defect in the glass or the way it was installed. This doesn't happen to brand new glass. Do yourself a favor and spend the few extra $$ and go to safelite! This place sucks.
Bad experience with company. The lock was broken while the glass was being installed by closing the hatch too hard to remove pieces of glass. The management stated that it was not their problem. It has taken over 2 weeks to get someone from their company to at least put the inside trim back together. I would never use them again. Informed State Farm of this experience. I highly recommend Safe Lite glass repair. They stand behind their work.
