I had to fight for a good taillight on my vehicle. They tried to replace my taillight with a used one that was scuffed, discolored, and chipped. I went to them because they are "guaranteed for life" with my insurance company. More like, low-balling everyone else with subpar parts to give the insurance company a reason to not pay their proper dues to you. We left our damaged cat at their place to get work done. Next day, got in touch with car manufacturer and they told me that for the warranties to be valid, the car needs to go to their dealership. Just to avoid a testy situation and because of fear, I contacted Avenue folks again to get the work done instead of them. The owner and the office lady were extremely nice in letting me take the car to the dealer. Even when I was taking the business away from them, they still treated me very well like their own costumer..
Need a body shop? Avenue Autobody on Mary Anne Drive is the place. I was treated like a customer should be treated. My car looked like new. I was very pleased with the employess and the service. :)
Go to this place if you want quality work for a fair price. Steve runs the shop and has a class business. Highly recommend.
Great Experience! Car looked like new! – I had my 2009 Ford Truck repaired at Avenue. It was hammered in the front and I was really concerned with how it would be after it was repaired. I've had it back for a few weeks now, and I couldn't be happier. I can't even tell its been worked on. The car was very clean when I picked it up, clearly they had put in some extra TLC when washing it. They had the repairs done when they said they would, and delt with the insurance company. Avoid – Very disappointed, I had to return multiple times to get a simple repair completed. Fasteners were missing from the car when I got it back and the strut was not assembled properly. Even after multiple visits the fit of the body work wasn't good. According to locals the dad was good, but his son who appears to be running the business now is clueless.
