Not good place to live. Bugs and bad wifi as well as water pressure. Unclean not great management.
So i stayed on the pines side for exactly a year. i couldn’t imagine spending another year at this place. i signed a lease because it was what i could afford at the time. i never viewed this place in person before i did sign. big mistake. i do want to say i had the best roommate she was amazing, clean, and overall super nice. so nothing is her fault. when i first arrived i walked to my room door. the knob was about to fall completely off. the room was so small i had to throw most things away because of the lack of storage. t... read more
Live here because it's the cheapest option. You get what you pay here fr. There were old fingernails in my apartment when I moved in and I dont think my windows was unsealed. It's funny that the cleaning fee when you move out is so expensive when they hardly clean at all. My biggest complaint is that wifi was included in the benefits of living here and It only works 50% of the time. They also forced my roommate out of her room because they had allowed too many people to sign and basically accused her of lying about resigning... read more
I would strongly caution anyone considering moving into this apartment complex. While the property may look decent at first glance, the management’s billing practices are extremely questionable. Throughout my lease, I was repeatedly charged fees that were either never clearly explained or did not apply to my situation. When I asked for clarification, I received vague responses or was told it was “standard policy,” yet no one could provide documentation showing where these charges were outlined in my lease agreement.
