I was Stupid, Should have read the reviews. Dr Mottel had Emergency experience as a vet - that is why I chose him. OMG!!! Everything but everything is wrong with this place They close doors for training or meetings, often -once almost all day for computers to be checked over. The doctors relay on techs too much and I had to contact tech to get message to doctor. Had an emergency with my girl and could not see Mottel for 7 days Had to use Marco the following day.
