DO NOT MOVE HERE OR TO ANY CAMBIO OWNED COMMUNITY. Cambio neglects these communities. A dead and rotten tree fell on my home and damaged my roof, cambio says I should have maintained the tree. Its not my tree its not on my side or my responsibility to maintain their property to that extent. If I am paying almost $600 a month to rent just a lot why in the hell would I be responsible for maintaining their property to that extent? Corporate is horrible again do not move here or to any community owned by cambio

I’ve been living here for two years. Late on my rent only a couple of times now Casey tells me that if you’re rent not paid by the second They have every right to give you an eviction notice and steal your trailer that you own What’s the sense of having a five day grace period and having a late fee on the fifth if they’re gonna give you an eviction notice on the second of every month this place is ridiculous and I am in the process of getting an attorney On top of it, my neighbor who died in July 2 they hurried up and got fi... read more
