I moved to Avenue 900 a little over a year ago and I have been very pleased with the unit, the facility, the fitness center, and staff. Skylar made the move-in process very easy. I checked out a few places before deciding on Avenue 900, and very pleased with my decision to move here. Close to the airport and shopping.
I would like to give a special shout out to the leasing agent Justin at the front desk. I moved in February and he walked me through everything with ease- showing me different units with different amenities. I recently had to get a rental car for a few weeks and did not want it to be towed. I walked in inquiring about what to do again Justin was there to take care of me.. No. 1. Let’s talk safety and maintenance first. The exceptional staff: Carley, Randy, Don who have been holding it down for yrs of dedication and the new Dream team Skylar, Justin and Alex are priceless. Interior issues rapidly addressed with the best maintenance ever. I have been here yrs and wouldn’t think of any place else I would prefer. Thank you for making me as a transplant feel safe and welcome.
Great community and great management
It’s the best apartment. Very clean and new. I have seen apartments around but this is the best. Been a year already. And everything is perfect. We live in 2 bed in building 3 . The pool looks like a hotel’s pool. I love . It’s safe. And feels taken care of .
