Don't move here. It's ratchet disguised as luxury with inflated pricing. The walls are filled with cracks and ants are a constant problem. The neighbors are loud and gross. They leave trash everywhere and there's puke and blood outside our apartment right now. Their kids throw rocks from the second floor. Management is negligent and largely incompetent.

Avenue 900 is a great place to live. I recently had a maintenance issue, and I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled it. Instead of just patching the problem, they replaced my dishwasher and kept me informed before coming into my apartment. Don was amazing and even swept the area behind the dishwasher before installing the new one.
