Please don't move here. We've had constant maintenance issues since we moved here and this places charges surprise fees for absolutely everything. The walls also have no insulation so you can hear everything the neighbors do, and parking is awful. I've had to park outside of the apartment complex I live in before. We'll be leaving as soon as our lease is up. I was gonna wait until the end of our lease to leave a review, but at this point I honestly feel like I need to warn people not to move here.
We were initially attracted to this apartment because of the no smoking policy, but it is clear that management either does not care or turns a blind eye, especially to repeat offenders. We've provided several instances of evidence for folks smoking weed on their balcony but nothing ever comes out of it. Extremely disappointing! The insulation and HVAC is also a problem, best of luck if you're in a corner unit. Prepare to freeze in the winter or roast in the summer if you move in to one. Loved living at Avenue 900. I hated that I had to leave. The office staff (Skylar and Justin) were fantastic. Always willing to answer a question and very helpful. Maintenance team was great too. Don always showed up with a smile on his face and a wave whenever about on the property. If you’re looking for a quiet clean complex, this is for you.
Phenomenal maintenance personnel. Work orders I’ve submitted are always done in a timely manner. No complaints on my end. They greet me everyday and take pride in what they do. Grateful for the hard work they do.
