1. You will hear everything your upstairs neighbor does from 4am-12am. 2. Nowhere near enough parking. 3. Bugs in the pantry, white mystery substance and clumps of hair in a closet at move in. 4. The gate doesn’t work or is left open at least 6 months out of the year. Maintenance has been the only decent experience. The resolution offered was to move at my cost, to a smaller, more expensive apartment.
I recently had the pleasure of touring this wonderful community. Avenue 900 offers spacious floorplans and gorgeous amenities. Skylar was also very professional and able to answer any questions I had regarding the community and area. I would highly recommend leasing here!
Avenue 900 is a beautiful place to live. I really enjoyed living there, I really didn't want to move, but I had to in order to have a Two Bedroom Apt. Skylar The Assistant Leasing Manager is AWESOME AWESOME, AWESOME. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to try and get me into a two bedroom Apt. he is always trying to help Tenants in some type of way.
