I thoroughly enjoyed living here. If you have a dog, you can’t beat it. Kimberly and Wasiem are amazing!
I have been helping a friend move and organize their apartment. The staff especially Kimberly are very helpful and accommodating. The building (interior and exterior) and grounds are attractive and well maintained. Great location in quiet area.
Amazing staff and building community. The management and front office truly care about their residents and pets! Every time I have run into an issue it is fixed almost immediately and every suggestion that myself or other residents brought up to make the building better was genuinely heard, acknowledged, and sometimes implemented(ex. renovating dog park). The management, specifically Kimberly and Waseim, really try to bring the community together with fun pop up events and have just been working hard to improve the property ... read more
When we first moved into Avenue 8 at Mayfair, we were very excited. One of the leasing staff working there at the time, Lydia, was amazing. She was kind and helpful and really cared about the complex. When Lydia left, the complex changed in its entirety. It became dirty in the common areas, though there is someone there to clean a couple times a week, she is hardly ever “cleaning” she is more so just walking around with headphones in and a rag in hand looking busy.
