Have lived here a few years and overall am happy with it. Giving 5 stars specifically for Jaime who takes care of maintance for the building. He's extremely profession, prompt, and helpful. I trust him 100% and have had to leave while he was finishing work in my apartment, he cleaned up, sent a text to let me know he was done, and even spent time giving my dog treats and pets before leaving.
Me & my wife have lived here for 10 years now. We enjoy the area. It is nice & safe. The owners of the building are continuously updating & fixing whatever needs to be addressed. The staff are great. Dean has been here longer than us & always does a wonderful job. Jaime the maintenance person always helps us with any issues in our unit & always makes sure everything is done to our satisfaction. Thank you Avenue 8 staff. We love living here.
My lease came up in February, and I looked for a better deal, but Ave 8 is simply the best. The grounds are well kept, pet friendly, lots of sweet pups running around, and the maintenance is incomparable! I’ve never waited more than a few hours, next morning tops, for Jaime to come around to fix whatever was needed, and he does an excellent job! There are also storage units for rent, and gated parking, both of which I take advantage of. This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in!
