I moved here just this month and so far I have no complaints! Staff are excellent and try to make sure I’m accommodated and maintenance staff is quick to fix things. My neighbors are nice and surprisingly it is very quiet here considering how active this area is!! Things are within walking distance, the apartments are well kept and I’ve been happy so far with what as huge transition this has been for me!
We’ve been living at Avenue 66 for about two weeks now, and so far, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. It’s a very peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming community, and we really enjoy living here. The management team has been excellent and very helpful throughout the entire process. Impressions: Overall, great experience. I have been here for ~5 months. The management and maintenance staff are prompt, helpful, and nice to work with. Landscaping keeps the property clean and tidy. My apartment was clean and looked brand new when I moved in. Building design: My only complaint with the property is the location of the dryer vents. They exhaust directly into the stairwell.
