I was so happy to be moving here. The property and the price hooked me in. However they mislead me on the extra fees. SOOOO many extra fees. I was told it would be one set price for sewer, trash and pest control, it was 3 different charges. I am now finding out they split the water bills (and possibly the sewer) amongst the amount of people in the building and this is not fair at all so I'm basically paying for what everybody else is using.
