My experience at Avenue 33 Apartments has been incredibly disappointing, to say the least. My best friend and I had to deal with a major flood in our apartment that caused significant property damage, and the way management handled it was completely unprofessional. This place is awful! They never fix anything. Residents like ourselves have children and they have us living with mold in the apartments and no working appliances. When you put in work orders, they do absolutely nothing. We try to speak to the maintenance workers and they disrespectfully walk away from you like you arent speaking to them. This place and the company that runs it needs to be doing better. Its awful that they expect their rent payments on time in full but you cannot have a functioning apartment at all.

I have currently lived here for 2 years and I wish the management team(PEAK LIVING) that moved me in were still here. This new management team(RESMAN)sucks. ************************* plays all sweet and nice when you are in the office and does nothing once you leave. I put in a work request on January 19, 2023, because the toilet is running and the sink is dripping. I have called and gone to the office twice in the last week.
